I currently work in Texas for 20 days out of the month. I own a home and am in PA for 10 days out of the month. All of my income is earned in Texas. If I were to establish TX residency would I still be liable for PA state taxes due to the fact that I own a home there?

If you establish a home in TX and that is where you vote, intend to remain and happen to have a second house in PA, then TX would be your home. No PA tax unless you decide to rent out that house.
If you have a wife and kids in PA, you won't be able to convince anybody that your home is TX.
