County of primary residence

Dear Experts,

Turbotax while reviewed asked me for County of Primary residence for CA. If I and my spouse live in two different counties primarily then whose county should we report there? We are filling joint returns.

Also FYI, we are giving address of the place where my spouse primarily lives as the mailing address on the return.

The county of primary residence should be your spouse's county if that is the mailing address on the return.
