CASDI tax when living in Texas

I'm a flight attendant based in California but live in Texas.  Can I get reimbursed for the CASDI tax I paid last year?

No reimbursement for CASDI. Since you are based in CA, you are subject to CA income tax laws. California State Disability Insurance (CASDI) is considered a state income tax.

(From my review of eligibility, you appear to be covered even though you live in TX).
