Cannot get past the States section before filing

I live in Washington state. We do not have state taxes, I am trying to e-file and it won't let me get past the downloading of the Washington state taxes choice. When are you all going to fix this. Multiple people have complained about this glitch. We should not be in mid February having a glaring error like this.
