Cannot E-file Missouri Return due to MO-TC Misc Income Tax Credit. But Turbo Tax only has option to delete the state return. Do I have to start manually from scratch?

Click on State taxes, and then after in it, go to File tab and change the State of Missouri to File by Mail.
