Most states have announced whether they will conform or not conform with ARPA unemployment compensation exclusion. Can you post a list of all the states let us know what the stance is? And update the list as states announce their positions?

For 2021, all unemployment comp is taxable at the Federal level.  Check your state's tax website to see if the state is different.
