I need help with 2020 State taxes?

Did you use TurboTax to prepare your 2020 federal return?   IF you used TT to prepare a 2020 return you can now use the downloaded desktop software on a full PC or Mac to prepare a 2020 state return.   But if you did not use TT for 2020 you will not be able to do that.

You may need to go to the state's tax web site to get the 2020 state forms and prepare the forms by hand to mail in.

On the next page, skip the suggested topic links and scroll down until you see CALL US.  It should show the wait times.  Week days 5 AM - 5 PM Pacific time.  Free support is not available to Free Edition users. You will have to upgrade to talk to a representative.
