I have entered figures but I need to verify that they are correct and I am not able to go back and change figures.

There is a screen in the Wisconsin interview that is headed "Adjustments for Pre-2011 Contributions". This is referring to the fact that up until 2011, Wisconsin did not allow HSA contributions to be deductible in state income.
In 2011, Wisconsin made such contributions deductible and made this retroactive according to a formula. The fields on this screen help TurboTax to calculate the current year amount that is deductible.
As you can imagine, this screen does not apply to most taxpayers, but ONLY to Wisconsin residents who had an HSA prior to 2011 and who made contributions to it.
If you go through the Wisconsin interview again and do not see the screen referred to in the first paragraph, then you can delete the entries
Otherwise, you should be able to "remove" the form by going to Forms mode (top) and viewing Schedule I (this is where these numbers appear), then at the bottom of the screen, press the "Delete Form" button.
Then go back to Step-by-Step mode and see if the fields are now blank (and enter the numbers you want).
Note that this action removes all the additions and subtractions to Wisconsin income, so you should go through the Wisconsin interview all the way one more time, to make sure that you haven't accidentally deleted something else as well.
Note: if all else fails, please see this TurboTax FAQ to delete the state and restart it. - https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3450510
