Can you combine W2 forms from a different state that you used to reside in with the forms you gotten from the state that you currently reside in ?

I have one w2 form from a job I worked while living in Florida and two from a job I’m working at currently in Iowa . Do I have to file separately or could I add the W2 forms I have received from the state I reside on top of the one I have from Florida ?

Yes, you have to enter all your income on the federal return.  After you enter one W2 you can add another.

Yes...all of your 2022 W-2's go on your same federal tax return.   But when you file your Iowa return you do not want to pay Iowa tax on income you earned in Florida.  So you will file a part year Iowa return, and allocate the income by states you received the income in.
