Oh, gosh! You just posted that in a public Internet forum! You should edit that posting to remove all personal info. To do that, click the tiny blue 3-dot icon just to the right of your question. @Will5J It depends on how this person is related to you.
You would only add her to your return if this person is a spouse and you will be filing a joint return, you can add them to your return in "My Info" on the left of your screen, but if they are just someone you help part of the year, this is not applicable.
If this is a person you provided some support to, and would like to claim for the "Credit for Other Dependents", you'll need to ensure she qualifies. If you are supporting someone for only 4.7 months, generally, they would not qualify as a dependent. See the below list of rules for: Rules for Claiming Dependents on Taxes:
They also would not be required to file their own income tax return since they had no income.
