Hi everybody,
So my federal tax returns have been accepted by the IRS and I am now trying to file my state returns (Massachusetts resident).
TurboTax says my state returns are "ready to mail" but when I download the PDF, there is a watermark saying "Form Not Final/Do Not Print" and I can't seem to remove it.
There is another issue that I can't seem to figure out. When I download my 2020 returns, the PDF contains all of my 2020 federal tax forms as it should. However, the state return forms (with the watermarks) are labelled as 2019 forms, and my 2020 state forms are nowhere to be found.
The forms labelled 2019 are also not consistent with my actual 2019 tax information, which I checked via TurboTax.
Why can't I access and print my 2020 state returns (without any watermarks) so that I can mail them in?
Thank you,
Brad

A lot of the state forms are not ready yet. State Forms Availability for individual tax returns
Thanks for the response. I checked the list for my state and it says all of the forms are available for print filing.
make sure you only print them out from the Print Center.....if you submitted your e-file to the Feds long ago, before the MA forms were ready, the outside PDF download may only have the non-ready MA forms from the date you e-filed the IRS/Federal forms.
...so get back inside your full tax file itself, and use the Print Center PDF creation instead.
