Can't find massachusetts bank interest exemption for 2017. No question can be found on federal return

I can't find where to designate my bank interest as from a MA bank so I can get my state exemption.  No obvious place to designate from my federal return

Some adjustments are done on the state return, not federal.

This is not one of the state adjustments.  The question is asked in federal return after you enter the bank interest.  Look for a screen that says 'Do any of these uncommon situations apply'?

I went back and still didn't find this.  it was more obvious in past years.

Go back to the screen where you enter info from the 1099-INT (if you are looking at the list of 1099s entered, click the Edit button next to the bank in the list). Click Continue on the entry screen. The next screen will ask about "uncommon" situations.
