Can’t find Arizona Form 352 for tax credit for QCFO, where is it?

To get to the right area of TurboTax for Arizona Form 352, please follow the instructions below:

1. Open your return.
2. Click on State on the left-hand side.
3. Continue through your Arizona return until screen Other Nonrefundable Credits (see below). 
4. Place a checkmark next to Contributions to foster care charities (Form 352).
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

I checked the correct box for Arizona Form 352 and put in the CORRECT code 10056 but Turbo tax tells me I need a code starting with a "2" which is INCORRECT. What do I do now, It won't let me efile my Arizona taxes.

It depends. Review your Arizona State Tax return and check the section entitled Donations to Charitable Organizations. Check to see if you mistakenly marked Contributions to Qualified Charities (Form 321) because these start with the number 2.
