Can't File Maryland Taxes

After finishing the Maryland return, it says "there are no errors in your state return" and "your state return is finished and ready to file".  But then when I go to file it says "Maryland Return ... You haven't finished this return yet.  Return to your Maryland program to finish, and then you should be able to file"

I have updated the software each time I started the program.  I have worked through the Maryland return 5 times. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the state, I have used the TTCleanStates_2020 program to uninstall the program and started over from the beginning.  I spoke with someone on the phone who sent me a new Maryland Return.  What am I doing wrong?

I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the software.  That fixed the issue.
