Can I get the local income tax I paid back if I do not live in the state I work in? My state has reciprocity with the other state.
10x more local tax was taken compared to state tax. Work in PA live in NJ.

PA local taxes are not refundable. However, in NJ, you can use PA local taxes as taxes paid to another state and receive a NJ credit on you NJ resident return. NJ instructions, page 44 goes into detail.
