You should absolutely seek professional tax advice and guidance with respect to your company, particularly if the company is a corporation (whether an S or C corp).

TurboTax Business (link below) is the Intuit product that can be used to prepare an 1120 or 1120-S for a C corporation or S corporation, respectively.

Note that TurboTax Business is not available Online, but must be installed and run in a Windows environment (there is no Mac version). Further, TurboTax Business can only be used to prepare returns for entities; the program cannot be used to prepare your individual income tax return, for which you need a separate TurboTax product.
