Can I e-file the Virginia Form 770 for my mother's estate using TT Business? The Virginia Tax site lists this as an approved program for e-file of estate returns.

A search on the online help says the program does not support e-file for Virginia but Virginia says it is approved.  Which is right?

TurboTax Business does not support efiling of Form 770.  The Form 770 is available in TurboTax Business - you are able to prepare your VA return and print and mail your return.

What I do not understand is why Virginia has TurboTax Business listed as an approved program for e-filing of Form 770 in 2020.  I assume this indicates it was submitted for approval since the list they provide does not include all tax programs and TurboTax Business was not listed a couple of months ago.  It is a fairly recent addition.  Since Virginia has approved TurboTax Business for e-filing Form 770, why is it not possible to e-file?
