On most days, 6 out of the 8 hours I work are in Washington, even though my official work location is in the State of Oregon. Because the majority of my time spent working is in the Washington, can I deduct those days from Oregon State Tax?

1) No, you can't adjust your W-2.
2) Your primary tax obligation is to where you earn your money. Reductions can be made for taxes paid on same income to another State. Since WA has no tax, no reduction.
Assuming OR is your resident state (where you live)........ they will tax you on income no matter which state you earned it in.....if WA had state tax and you ended up having to pay tax to them, then OR would give you credit for taxes paid to WA....but WA doesn't have any state taxes, so you just pay tax on all your income to OR.
