I sold my home in CA and gained some money. What form do I need for Texas?I used Turbo Tax for CA.

Good News! Texas doesn't have a personal income tax! Nothing to do there.

I know that. What I want to know is what TX State Form do I have to fill up to let them know I bought a home in TX and that I will be a permanent resident of TX.

No state provides "forms" for that. You don't have to do anything.
