I filed Federal, CA state and CA LLC through TT Home & Business desktop. First two were accepted, while the CA LLC was rejected.
On the message of rejection, it says:
"Issue: The California LLC return could not be processed for electronic filing. Data in the return is missing or invalid. Please double check your entries for the consent date."
I re-opened the TT desktop, and only to find there was NO error/rejection message, NOR a button/direction to "fix the problem", and "accepted" as the status for federal and state e-filing. I double checked my entries related to the business (no issue found), and also let the software check and confirm no error. On the form 568, I see the consent date as Mar 17th, and I e-filed on Mar 19th, but not sure if that could be the issue.
I need help for:
1. What went wrong, and how do I correct it?
2. Can I file the LLC again through e-filing, and how? If not, and I need to file via mail, which forms should I include in the mail? Form 568 and LLC Income Worksheets?
Thanks!

If you are unable to identify the missing or invalid data on CA Form 568, you will need to print and mail the form to allow the state to respond in more detail. Go here: https://www.ftb.ca.gov/professionals/busefile/Business_eFile_Waiver_Request.asp and request an e-file waiver so that you can paper file this form.
You will then print and mail Form 568 to this address:
FRANCHISE TAX BOARD
PO BOX 942857
SACRAMENTO CA 94257-0501
Thank for the reply.
I went through the LLC related forms again, and confirmed no issues. I could not find a way to resubmit the LLC filing only (and simply it doesn't allow me to e-file again, as the status of fed and state returns are "accepted").
So I went with the mail filing for LLC. It's a pain to confirm schedules need to be printed and mailed with the form 568. I hope others don't have to go through this.
