Box 15 (select a state), does not have TN as an option d/t no state income tax, states "needs info", how do I proceed?

Several states do not have a state income tax. So these states will not show up in certain drop down lists. Leave boxes 15, 16, and 17 blank when you enter a W-2 for these states.

Alaska, Florida, Nevada, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington and Wyoming

Yes, @xmasbaby0 is quite correct, you can leave all the boxes on that row for state tax information blank, if you are working in Tennessee. You can use the trashcan to the right to delete boxes 15 through 17.
