Bank account rejected direct deposit ?

My bank apparently rejected recieving my direct deposit ( I may have used the wrong routing number ) , and I owe money to state taxes , that I had set up to be taken from my account as well , a month and a half after I filed . That day has come and gone , do I have to send it physically now ? To whom do I address ? I've had only a letter sent to me about receiving my direct deposit in check form and nothing further ...

Alternatively, look at the Pennsylvania tax voucher (the form you send in with your check) if you want to mail a check (it may be considerably cheaper over online payment). Print the form, fill it out (it's very easy), and mail it in with your check to the address on the instructions with the form.
