As for the state of residency, GA or FL? I moved from GA to FL in the end of July, 2019. However, I still worked with GA company until Dec., 2019 by using GA address.

Since you lived in FL part of the year and GA part of the year, you were a part-year resident of each state and would file a part-year resident return for GA.

However, since you continued to work in GA while you were a FL resident, the income earned in GA will be taxed by GA.  The end result will probably be the same whether you file a part-year resident or full-year resident return for GA, unless you also had other sources of income during the time you lived in FL.

Since FL does not impose an income tax, you would not have a FL return to consider.
