How do I enter the Interest on US Govt Obligations which should go on line 28 of the Arizona state form? I can enter it under the "Any Other Subtraction Adjustments" page but then it gets added in with all the other credits which go on line 36.

In the Arizona state tax return section in TurboTax, look for the Interest on U.S. Obligations screen (see below).
For those individuals who earned income from government bonds, Arizona allows a subtraction for interest on U.S. government obligations included in Arizona gross income. The state requires that municipal bond interest from other states be added as well to Arizona gross income.
How do I make this screen appear? Do I need to answer a previous question a certain way? I have updated and this screen does not appear.
I have the Home and Business version on a Mac.
The original entry is in the federal section. When you entered the interest, it would have been entered in the 1099-int screen, probably box 12, bond premium on treasury obligations. Maybe you entered it in box 10 by mistake so the program is not picking it up.
All states exempt US government obligations from tax.
