Yes. Generally, you would declare the winnings on the Indiana return, if you satisfied the requirements to have to file a return in that state and if the casino withheld Indiana state taxes and you would like those returned to you, AND you should declare the winnings on your Wisconsin return (which will happen automatically if you entered it on the federal return) and you should convert the Indiana tax paid to a credit in Wisconsin (actually, TurboTax should do that for you).
