Hello,
I didn't notice until after I filed that TurboTax didn't include my husband's Federal Pension Exclusion (this should have transferred to my Arizona return and it didn't. This doesn't affect my Federal return at all so I am not amending my 1040.
I've amended my Arizona return but TurboTax appears to be adding a form it should NOT be filling out/using/printing.
Form 140X - Standard Deduction Increase for Charitable Contributions is now all of a sudden populated and printed out. This is a problem since I Itemized on both my original AND amended State return. Arizona allows us to Itemize even if we don't on our Federal taxes.
Why is TT filling out this form, and how do I fix it?
Thanks so much for any help someone can provide.

Form 140X is the Arizona Amended Tax Return. Is there an additional form included in your return, or is the form titled incorrectly in the forms list.
Contributions must be listed on the federal Schedule A, and specific credit forms (Form 321 or Form 352) should be included to claim this deduction.
@DawnC, thank you for replying.
Yes, I'm looking at my 140X Arizona Amended Return. It's filled out and has the "Itemized" box checked off on Line 34 Deductions. Although I didn't itemize on my Federal return, the Schedule A did flow through to my Arizona return as it should.
My issue is that I have no idea why TT now thinks the "2025 Form 140X - "Standard Deduction Increase for Charitable Contributions" worksheet should be filled out. As long as I'm itemizing, this form should never be filled out. It's only for taking an increase to a Standard Deduction.
My contributions are filled out on AZ forms:
301 - Nonrefundable Individual Tax Credits and Recapture for Forms 140, 140 PY, 140NR, and 140X
321 - Credit for Contributions to Qualifying Charitable Organizations (QCO) and,
322 - Credit for Contributions Made or Fees Paid to Public Schools
