No, you cannot force or "hard enter" information onto Form 4684. Due to Tax Reform, the deduction for personal casualty or theft losses has been suspended (eliminated) through tax years 2025, unless the loss occurred in a federally-declared disaster area and was directly caused by the disaster.

Is Form 4684 in the TT premier edition?  If it is, then why can't I hard-enter data?  Personal casualty or theft losses are not treated the same as a Ponzi scheme loss; Ponzi scheme losses are deductible.  Ponzi schemes are in part C of the Form.
