Adding multiple IT-203-F forms in MacOS Desktop Deluxe TurboTax 2025 version

I am trying to add multiple IT-203-F Schedule B forms as I have multiple restricted stock vests in 2025; however, my MacOS Desktop Deluxe TurboTax 2025 version only allows me to add a single IT-203-F Schedule B. How can I add more than one IT-203-F form for my other stock vests?

You can try the manual add to create multiple IT-203-F Schedule B Forms since you have TurboTax Desktop:
 

1.  Click the Forms icon in the top right corner of your TurboTax window.
2.  In the forms list on the left, locate the NY IT-203-F form.
3. While in the form view, look for the "Copy" icon or button in the top toolbar to create a new, blank copy of the schedule for the next restricted stock vest.
4. Fill out the additional IT-203-F Schedule B forms as necessary for each of your 2025 stock vests.
5. Use the scroll bar to cycle through all created forms to ensure all information is accurate.

I clicked on the "Forms" navigation bar but only option I see is "Open a Form" or "Remove IT-203-F". When I click on "Open a Form" and search for the IT-203-F more, I can only open it, which opens the one I've created. There is no option to copy a new form. I tried right clicking but no option appears.

Try to add this form in the New York State Interview Section instead of the forms.  

The "EasyStep" Workaround: If the Forms mode is being stubborn, it is often easier to trigger the form creation through the interview process:

1. Switch back to the EasyStep mode. 
2. Navigate to the State Taxes tab and go through the New York interview.
3. Look for the section titled "Business Allocation" or "Multi-State Apportionment."  TurboTax will usually ask, "Do you have another business to allocate?" or provide a summary screen with an "Add Another" button. Completing this should automatically generate a fresh IT-203-F in your Forms list.
