I used TurboTax Desktop to file by federal and NYS returns on 1/26. TurboTax emailed that my state return was accepted on 2/2. It is now 3/3 and NYS refund status webpage shows that it is still being processed. I heard TurboTax had to update its NYS form to account for inflation refund check, but I didn't receive the check so that shouldn't impact my filing. I got the federal refund within 2 weeks. I usually received NYS refund within 2 weeks every year.
Anyone out there who filed early and still haven't received their refund? Any word from TurboTax on this? I'm sure they are aware.

My NYS refund was accepted on 2/3, and status is still processing. I did receive a refund check. I see lots of people on Reddit who are experiencing the same thing. I think that the state has to start paying interest after 45 days, so hopefully they are going to get this fixed quickly!
Thanks. Yea I saw those Reddits too. Didn’t know about the interest pay timeline so good to know. I was able to speak to a NYS tax support person today and he told me that there should be update by end of March but if I don’t see any status change by then, I should give them a call then and they will escalate my case. Fingers crossed they will process it by then…
Yes mines is also delayed same thing, also what inflation check was it the $200.00 from last year
Once your return is accepted for processing by the IRS and/or State, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return and/or release of your refund. If you have any inquiries regarding any delay, you should contact the IRS or your state Department of revenue directly for further assistance.
There is a couple of FAQs to help you track your refund

How do I track my state refund?
Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"?
Why do some refunds take longer than others?
What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?
BOLDDDD move to put this in writing. It's been confirmed numerous times tt software wasn't updated to account for the ny inflation check adjustment causing processing loops.
