2024 desktop already purchased - need to download for new pc - appearing on my product list but d/l not working

 already tried this. My product is showing but when I click on the download nothing happens

Clear cache and cookies on your web browser.  Or change your browser to one of these that you are not currently using, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge

I just went to that website and downloaded a file.  It loaded into my Download directory immediately.
