How do I keep my address for city and state correct? It keeps saying a foreign country!

My home state is Michigan, and Italy shows up in my address prompting worksheet 5329-T to be filled out before I can electronically file my taxes. I went back to personal info tab and deleted and put my personal info in again, but it keeps showing up as my city, but in Italy .
