Received message from turbo tax:
Some customers who filed a Michigan nonresident tax return received a deduction for taxable Social Security Benefits even though the taxable Benefits weren't included on the Michigan nonresident tax return.
As a result, taxpayers underpaid their Michigan state taxes.
To amend your return, select your product and follow the instructions below.
I've tried to amend as per turbo tax instructions on 3 different PCs on 3 different browsers and the amend my return function errors out every time. Seems the software online isn't able to process as per TurboTax recommendations.

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Start the 2023 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.
On the Tax Home webpage -
Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year 2022 and Click on Amend (change) 2022 return
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
I've only used online version, never cd or download. The instructions you outlined are consistent with the instructions turbo tax provided and i followed them exactly. When I click "amend return", i get a blank screen. As i mentioned, i have tried it on multiple separate PCs and browsers on different networks and get the same result. You can see in the web address the "error".

Then you will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem.
