I have called the IRS and have not gotten 3000.00 of my tax return and have call the IRS and check to make sure that I have no delinquent debts, which they're legally required to deduct from your refund

When I called TurboTax they told me they couldn’t tell me anything and only gave me a phone number $3000 is more than 30- 40$ irs do not know why I did not receive it, again there are no delinquencies any holds or any money that shows up under my name or my Social Security
