What do I need to post on line 22 of the SD 100 if I was a resident for the full year of 2020?

You do not need to enter anything if you were a full year resident.

Line 22 only needs to be completed if you are a part-year resident or nonresident of the district.

I keep trying to enter nothing and It keeps prompting me back to that line

I would recommend reviewing your input in the entire state interview section to ensure the residency period has been answered correctly.

Continue through the screens in Ohio until you see the screen titled A few things before we wrap up your state taxes.
Scroll down and select Revisit to the right of School district taxes.
On the next screen titled Your school district taxes, select Edit to the right of the applicable district number.

Continue to review your information on the screens until you see the screen titled Choose the Residency for School District #. Review your information here to ensure it is marked as "lived in school district number the ENTIRE year."
