I received a W2 from my health insurance company for disability payments. The did no list a Minnesota tax ID number. They also did no withhold any Minnesota State income tax. I spoke to MN department of Revenue and they said I do not need to include the W2 in the forms that are filed if there was no tax withheld. How can I remove the form but still report the income so I can eFile?

It depends. What kind of issue are you experiencing? If you report the W2 as it is reported on your hardcopy, there should not prevent you from electronically filing your return. .

It just says that all 0's is not valid. I guess it does say that all 9's will cause an EF reject, so I will try it the way the W2 is entered. Thank you.
