No, you shouldn't change the W-2 yourself. If the state is wrong, you need to ask your employer for a corrected W-2.

Florida has no state income tax, so if CA wages/taxes are listed incorrectly, you may need to file a CA nonresident return to get a refund of any taxes paid if it’s not fixed.
