Residency info shows check mark for part year resident moved into CA and also moved out of CA. I cannot clear the check mark for moved into. Does anyone know how to?

There are two places where this information is entered. In the federal return in MY INFO. It asks where you live now and if you lived in another state in 2018. It also asks when you moved to your current state. Check here first.

The second place where there are detailed questions about moving in and out of California return in the General Info section. Make sure that those questions are answered correctly.

Please explain further how to fix the error on the CA general info section. I moved out of CA in 2020. I answer "Did you become a CA resident during 202?" as No but the system doesn't save my answer. When I return to the screen it reverts to yes every time.
