I have a firefighter pension from Florida. I have lived in Virginia all year and they have been taxing me. Do I qualify for a Retirement income adjustment on my tax return?

No, there is not an income exclusion that I could find for Virginia tax on a firefighter pension.  With a few exceptions, if a source of income is taxable at the federal level, it’s taxable to Virginia as well. This includes most sources of retirement income.  See Virginia Subtractions From Income and Virginia Taxes and Your Retirement.
