Nonresident state tax return with K-1's

In 2019 I was a full year resident of California but I have a W-2 from and need to file a return in both CA and PA, because my job required frequent travel to PA. I have K-1's from partnerships (none of which are based in PA) and TurboTax is automatically attaching them from my federal return to the PA return. The PA amount is zero for all of them because I never lived there. Does PA actually require this? If not, is there anyway to prevent TurboTax from doing this (it prevents me from e-filing with PA)?

Yes, Pennsylvania requires the nonresidents report all income even if it is not taxable in the state.
