Non-resident state taxes

Hello, I moved to VA from MD in 2015. All of 2016 I lived in VA. I forgot to tell my employer to stop taking MD taxes for the first 3 months of 2016 and paid MD several thousand in taxes. How do I get that refunded? Do i have to file an non-resident tax form?

In TurboTax, you will select the MD nonresident return, and then enter your MD wage as zero on the approprate screen.  Your MD state taxes will be returned to you.  Please see the following screenshot for assistance:
