My wife got W2 with IL as state so using Turbo taxes it asked me to file IL State return and it didn't allow e-file since we haven't filed taxes earlier. My wife got a job mid 2019. I e-filed Federal return using Turbo tax and printed IL tax returns to mail, it printed 1040 federal returns also as part of it. Should I mail those 2 pages of 1040 along with IL tax returns?
