Solved

My employer is in GA. I also live in GA. However, I work in SC. Do I file as a SC Non-resident on my tax return?

Yes, if you work in South Carolina you'd need to file a nonresident SC return and a resident GA return. When you say your employer is in GA, do you mean the headquarters is there? It doesn't really matter where your employer is based out of- it only matters where you literally earn your pay. I assume SC taxes were withheld from your pay?
