My CA state taxes

It says it's ready to file by mail, but my federal was accepted for e filling. Why isn't my state able to be e filed? I didn't put the option to mail it because I don't know how to do it or even have them to file. Is there a way to fix it?

Your state return may not be able to be e-filed because of one or more schedules in your return that are not eligible to be e-filed. Turbotax allows you to accurately prepare your tax return, but we cannot compel the state to accept your return in e-file format. Some returns need to be mailed in.

There should be instructions with your state return telling you where to mail it. You can print out a copy of your state return and instructions by logging in to your TurboTax program, and finding the option on your home page to "Download/print return (PDF)". It should be in "Your tax returns and documents."
