Moved to VA for school, no W2 from VA. 1098T to VA grad school is yes (military reserve scholarship). Do I owe state Taxes if I consider home to be outside VA?

less than 1/2 year in VA.  Live local to campus, not a military base.  Only income is from military related to attending school.

As a non-resident, and if you don't earn any VA-sourced income, then no sweat.

Thank you, I had read similar, but the software was steering me down the State path and was looking for a second opinion to make sure I didn't seem to be missing something.
