It's asking me to verify/edit the amount of my Kansas City or St. Louis tax refund for 2023. Is the the amount I received back from federal last year?

It's asking me to verify/edit the amount of my Kansas City or St. Louis tax refund for 2023. Is this the amount I received back from federal last year?

    The Kansas City or St. Louis city tax refund would be the amount you received as refund from the city.  If you did not receive a refund from the city, it would be zero.
