Is there a charge for preparing an Ohio non-resident return in turbo tax when I live in kentucky which has reciprocity with Ohio and no tax is due?

If you have no state tax due in Ohio because of the reciprocal agreement, you may delete the Ohio return.  If you are not in TurboTax Absolute Zero, there will be a charge for a state return that you file, but you are not required to file this return.  You will only file a KY resident return, because all of your income is taxable in KY only.  Here is an FAQ to delete the Ohio nonresident return:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3301384

Also, when asked if you work in another state besides Kentucky, the answer is no.  Because of the reciprocal agreement, you are not considered to work in Ohio when you are a KY resident working in Ohio (because no return is required for Ohio).
