I live in PA but work in NY, do i list my NY earnings as taxable when filing PA state return ? My wife worked in PA so i have hers listed as taxable obviously.

You will first do the Federal return in TurboTax.

Then the non-resident state of NY return (reporting only your income earned in NY)

Then the resident return of PA -reporting all your income (including NY income) and then you will take a credit for taxes paid to another state (NY).
