I live in Illinois but work remotely for a company in Pennsylvania. I've never been to their office. Does this count as "making money in any other state"?

If you only worked remotely from your home state, then all your income is Illinois sourced. You should answer No to the question whether you are making money in any other state.

You are not required to file a PA state return.
