Which new tax credits are you referring to?   Did you get an email from TurboTax about possible missed credits?

I didn’t get an email but I noticed two day after I filled my taxes that the IRS came out with a new tax credit for EITC for up to 2,000 so am not sure if we qualified for that since i submitted my form before the new law came out

There weren't any changes to the EIC in the last few days. If you qualified for the 2022 EIC then you will find it listed on Form 1040 line 27.
