TurboTax doesn't get updates from the IRS once it has accepted your return.

You will need to contact the IRS and inquire as to what happened to your refunds. For telephone assistance, see IRS Phone Numbers at the IRS' Let Us Help You page.

It's possible that your refunds were taken to pay off delinquent debt, such as past-due child support, outstanding student loans, or unpaid state income tax, which is known as a refund offset. However, you would've received a letter from the government explaining why you didn't get the entire refund.

I received letter and sent everything they asked for.I still didnt receive my state taxes for 2018-19.I did it with an audit and Turbo Tax
